My name is Tristyn, and I was inspired to share my testimony through clothing. At 16, I was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes. While in the hospital, I prayed for peace and understanding of God’s purpose. He answered with peace and purpose beyond my dreams. The next morning, the Bible verse of the day was 2 Corinthians 12:9, which confirmed that T1D would be a blessing in my life. This apparel reminds us that we aren’t meant to do life alone and that He is our strength when we are weak.
"'My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness.' Therefore I will boast all the more gladly about my weaknesses, so that Christ's power may rest on me. That is why, for Christ's sake, I delight in weaknesses, in insults, in hardships, in persecutions, in difficulties. For when I am weak, then I am strong."
